All the Details You Should Know
Just so we are clear.
You are agreeing to a monthly recurring charge for your selected plan. If you sign up before the 15th, you will be charged right away. If you sign up after the 15, you will not be charged until the beginning of the next month. Plans bill/invoice on the first of each subsequent month.
All design time is calculated against your allotted amount per month. Hours are used for custom design work and/or consultation time. Customizations to any designs (including social media posts), such as color changes, editing your photos, modifying the verbiage, etc… are all calculated against your custom design hours.

Revision Guarantee: If your compliance or branding department rejects any design for elements that we created (not sourced or requested by you), we will modify the design for you and it will not count against your monthly allowance of posts or available custom design/consult hours. Monthly allowance: The total hours and allotted social media designs per month do not roll over and reset every month. Term & Cancelation: This is a month-to-month program. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. You may switch to a different plan level at any time. You are allowed to pause your account and pick it back up at the then current rate whenever you like. After the paused month(s), service will begin again automatically at the beginning of the next month. Lead Time: We request as much possible lead time as you can give. Items that have a required publish date are best given to us 2 weeks before that date. In most cases, we are able to complete projects much quicker (many times in just 1-2 days), but please give us time to make sure your design is great, and compliance has time to review & approve.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make a design request?
You will have a Marketing Consultant assigned to your account. Call or email them with your design needs, and they will get to work. It’s best that you know your deadline, the size of the piece, and how you will be using it BEFORE you request the design, but we’re happy to help figure that out with you as well.
How many social graphics will I get per month?
Great question. All plans will receive 8 social media designs at the beginning of the month. The Smart and Super plans allow for additional customized designs (4 or 8 respectively), however, you must request those graphics from your consultant and let us know what you are looking for.
Can I pay via check instead of a card?
For the Social plan, No. All other plans… Yes, just select ‘check’ as your payment method and we will invoice you monthly on the 1st of every month.
Is there a contract I’m signing?
All of our plans are month-to-month. No contracts. However, we do require 30 days’ notice to cancel your plan.
Custom & social graphics, what's the difference?
Honestly, a custom piece can be a social media graphic – so no difference really. In reality, we use the custom design time each month to create anything you need that is customized for your office. That could be a social media graphic, a printed postcard, a digital advertisement for a website, or a newspaper/magazine ad. Whatever you need. We’ve even had custom business cards approved.
Should my photo be on all my social graphics?
No. It’s essential to know how your potential clients will see and interact with the piece and understand the message we want them to receive. Your Marketing Consultant can help you understand why some pieces are good to have your photo, whereas others should not. With contact info – yes, always have it on print items, but it’s not always necessary for social media. Put that in the caption, or let the customer use the existing contact systems installed in various platform.
Does RyCOM offer printing?
Yes, we do. We can print nearly anything you need – including postcards, flyers, trade show materials, apparel, and more. Turn around time for most print items is 1 week from final compliance approval to delivery at your location.
Can I use the same design more than once?
Absolutely. Your posts will not always reach your entire audience. We strongly encourage you to post each graphic multiple times on various social media platforms to expand your reach to as much of your local market as possible.
You may also see us use the same verbiage on different graphics. This is standard. We will use language that is appropriate for your goals and that we know is approved by compliance. We then couple this with different design and images to maximize the effectiveness and reach of the piece.
